How to download OTA themes for Desktop Manager

For those of us who don't have a data plan...

I found a program that you can put the URL for the OTA download and it will download all the files for you so you can use DA.

This is NOT my program, I just found it.
As far as I know this program is FREEWARE, so no laws are being broken.

It is called Bing Bang Blackberry OTA Downloader and it's by the folks at blackberrysoftwarelist.net
