Help with OTALoader

I downloaded the OTA Loader on my desktop since I can't download themes from my phone I followed the install guide but when I put the link in the url box it says the OTA file is not valid. What do I do now?
Please help!

I used the Chalk 2D And the Sticky notes etc. ..
all seemed not to work.

i downloaded it on to my blackberry pearl and then i go to set it as my theme and it does have a option? i downloaded it already? and i go back to click download and it says i already have it downloaded?
