Installation Issues - Home Screen Appearance

I have the Blackberry Storm 9530, and for some reason I cannot get the Luxiah theme to show the same background on the Home Page. It shows the Blackberry Storm "default" screen.

How do I get it to show the Luxiah theme in the background? The Icons are there, but there is no place that I can find to make the Luxiah background appear.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I love this theme!

Change the amount of rows to 2. ( default amount )
